Discussion and possible action regarding a Service Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and CREOKS Health Services. The purpose of this Service Agreement is to provide non-residential services to non-adjudicated and adjudicated juvenile offenders in a comprehensive program designed to meet the needs of the youth. This Service Agreement shall be effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and is at no cost to Oklahoma County. Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
