Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the City of Oklahoma City and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of a portion of roads belonging to the Municipality, located at Northeast 37th Street between Martin Luther King Boulevard and Army Road. The total estimated project is $85,194.97 but not to exceed $93,714.47. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all materials in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00. This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30th, 2026. Requested by Jason Lowe, Commissioner, District 1.
