Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2025-2957 accepting the Final Plat of The Chara as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat (FP-2025-05) was approved by the Planning Commission on July 17, 2025. The plat consists of two (2) lots that encompass approximately five (5.01) acres. The subject property is located along Rush Creek Rd. just west of Portland Ave. and south of Waterloo Rd. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
