Discussion and possible action regarding the Memorandum of Understanding between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and Oklahoma City-County Board of Health. The purpose is to provide curriculum to empower teens to change their behavior through the "Power Through Choices" program. This MOU shall be effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026..
