Discussion and possible action regarding an Energy Services Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and Vicinity Energy Oklahoma City, LLC our current steam and chilled water vendor. This contract shall become effective as of July 1, 2025, and end on the tenth-year anniversary of the effective date. Requisition No. 12600271-00 created in the amount of $607,116 based on rates and Requisition No.12600482-00 created in the amount of $143,756 to encumber termination fee.
