Discussion and possible action regarding the approval of Resolution 2025-2304, which accepts the completion of Oklahoma County's REAP Project located within the town limits of Luther. Funding was utilized to assist the Town of Luther with the installation of sidewalks that connect Luther Elementary School, Luther High School and Performing Arts Center, and to extend Birch St. from SE 8th St. to NE 178th St. in District 3.
