Discussion and possible action regarding the Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and the State Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA). Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau shall provide Detention Transportation for OJA clients as stipulated under the FY 26 Detention Transportation Contractual Agreement. This Agreement is effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Requested by Hannah Whipp, Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau Director and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
