To enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. 307(B)(4) to engage in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, claim or action in the case of Dakota Simco-Horvath v. Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, et.al., Case No. CIV-21-514-G, United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, and where on the advice of the attorney, the board had determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest.
