Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2025-1549 accepting the Final Plat of Harvest Acres as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat (FP-2025-02) was approved by the Planning Commission on April 17, 2025. The plat consists of nine (9) lots that encompass approximately twenty-seven (27.15) acres. The subject property is located on the southeast corner of NW 234th St./Sorghum Mill Rd. and County Line Rd. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
