The Board on March 21, 2022 approved the Assessment Contract and Program Guidelines for the Oklahoma County Property Assessed Clean Energy Program (C-PACE). Program Guidelines were amended on March 2, 2025 to allow variable rate financing for Assessment Contracts. The program administrator, Oklahoma Industries Authority, has reviewed the following projects and recommends approval of the Assessment Contracts for these projects: 1) Applicant: HARDTOFIND LLC - 13 NW 13th St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Assessment Contract amount $3,271,000.00 30 year term Use: New Building Construction for business headquarter C-PACE improvements - Aluminum framed storefronts and glazed aluminum wall and glass treatments. Taxes are paid current 2) Applicant: LIBERTYBELLOK, LLC - 9 NW 6th ST., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Assessment Contract amount $5,066,900.00 30 year term Use: Building remodel and new construction primarily for apartment construction C-PACE Improvements - Energy efficient HVAC system upgrade; Window glazing; Energy efficient wall assembly and treatment; Roof replacement and treatment. Taxes are paid current Requested by District 1.
