Action regarding to discuss the employment of the Jail Administrator, an individual salaried employee. Title 25, Section 307(B)(1) of the Open Meetings Act allows public bodies to go into executive session for the purpose of “discussing the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee.” Requested by the Chairman and Vice Chairman.
