Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2025-0422 to abandon a portion of the section line statutory right-of-way located east of N. Broadway Ave. between NW 16th St. and NW 13th St. A substitute road exists within close proximity to the Section Line Right-of-Way, to wit: N. Broadway Ave. A legal notice was published in The Journal Record on December 13, 2024, December 20, 2024, and December 27, 2024, saying that this Resolution will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County at the Wednesday February 12, 2025, 9:00 a.m. meeting. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer and has been approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
