Discussion and possible action regarding letter of intent to proceed with researching and preparing a grant application for funding not to exceed $1,000,000.00 under the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), and Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) FY25 Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program (“JDTC Program”) to plan and implement a Juvenile Drug Treatment Court to serve Oklahoma County’s juvenile population. The letter of intent and SF-424 for OJJDP FY25 Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Program is to be submitted by the BOCC in Grants.gov by February 5, 2025.
