Discussion and possible action regarding the authorization of the chairman to execute on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners the System Permission document from AT&T for property located in back of the District 2 yard. This will allow AT&T the right to install, own, repair, operate, remove, improve, and maintain fiber optic and/or copper cable facilities and related equipment capable of accommodating voice, data and video transmissions and/or other communications service (the “System”) at the PREMISES.
