To enter into Executive Session pursuant to 25 OS §307(B) (4) to engage in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, action or claim and possible action to respond to or litigate with the Oklahoma Department of Health regarding its findings regarding OCDC during the unlawful unannounced four day inspection of December 2024 where on advice of counsel the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest.
