Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between Oklahoma County and the Oklahoma City Public School District pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 339(18) and Title 19 O.S. § 359; to assist with the removal of an existing road and parking lot as well as the removal of an old swimming pool at the new Belle Isle High School location at 221 E Wilshire Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK. County agrees to provide the equipment, materials, and personnel for the project in an amount to exceed Thirty-One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars and Zero Cents ($31,696.00). Oklahoma County Highway Cash will be made 100% whole with the School reimbursing Highway Cash for all labor, equipment, and material expenses associated with this project in an amount not to exceed Thirty-One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars and Zero Cents ($31,696.00). This Agreement shall be effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2025. Requested by Oklahoma County District No. 1.
