Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between Oklahoma County and the Choctaw / Nicoma Park Public School District pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 339(18) and Title 19 O.S. § 359; to assist Choctaw / Nicoma Park Public Schools with construction of an entry drive at the Choctaw High School campus located at 14300 NE 10th St, Choctaw, OK, located on school property ; County agrees to incur an amount not to exceed $54,355.22 for labor, equipment and materials and to reimburse Highway Cash in an amount not to exceed $26,614.22 for labor and equipment cost from District One General Fund (Req. 12503955). School will reimburse the County for materials and potential contingency costs in an amount not to exceed $27,741.00. This Agreement shall be effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2025. Requested by Joe R Blough, District No. 1, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
