Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2024-5421 for adopting the updated building codes for the unincorporated areas of Oklahoma County, effective January 1, 2025. This will move Oklahoma County to the 2018 International Building Code (IBC) and the 2020 National Electrical Code (NEC). Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
