Discussion and possible action regarding acceptance of Oklahoma Water Resources Board issuance of permit number 19750803. The permit authorizes the taking and use of 165 acre-feet of groundwater per calendar year from the well located SE SE SW of Section 22, Township 12 North, Range 2 West for the purposes of public water supply, fire protection, and irrigation. The permit was initially filed on September 24, 1975. Acceptance of this permit shall be acknowledgment and agreement that the County will comply with all terms, conditions and limitations required by Oklahoma law and Oklahoma Water Resources Board rules.
