Discussion and possible action regarding The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) environmental analysis and review of BRIDGE & APPROACHES: BFP: CITY BRIDGE IN ARCADIA OVER COFFEE CREEK ON N WESTMINSTER 0.1 MI NORTH OF SH-66 NBI 32219. ODOT has determined that this project does not individually or cumulatively have a significant impact of the environment as defined by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) or involve unusual circumstances as defined in 23 CFR 771.117(b) and is therefore excluded from the requirements to prepare an Environmental Assessment or Environmental Impact Assessment.
