Discussion and possible action regarding the authorization for the chairman to sign the agreement between DAKIL Auctioneers Inc. and the BOCC for the Oklahoma County Treasurer, to provide Auctioneer services for the Oklahoma County Treasurer's June tax resale scheduled to begin June 9, 2025. Auctioneer will be paid $3,900.00 for a guaranteed three days. Any additional days required will be paid at $1,300.00 per day. Requisition No. 12503352 has been issued to DAKIL Auctioneers Inc. in the amount of $3,900.00. Requested by Forrest "Butch" Freeman, Oklahoma County Treasurer, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
