The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting on October 17, 2024. The applicant proposes to change the zoning to develop a retail shopping commercial center. The area to be rezoned encompasses approximately 5.7 acres. The property is located at 14301 SE 29th St. (County Highway District #2).
