This replat (RE-2024-01) was approved by the Planning Commission on October 17, 2024. The subject property is located at the northeast corner of Triple X Rd. and NE 220th St./Coffee Creek Rd. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
