The applicant is adjusting the lot lines to make Lots 7A, 7B, 8A, 8B smaller and to make Lot 9 larger as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This replat (RE-2024-01) was approved by the Planning Commission on October 17, 2024. The subject property is located at the northeast corner of Triple X Rd. and NE 220th St./Coffee Creek Rd. in County Commissioner District 3.
