Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2024-4026 from August 21, 2024 which declared the following properties surplus to the needs of the county and, pursuant to 19 O.S. ⸹349, execute a Quit Claim Deed to the Oklahoma Industries Authority in exchange for a sum of Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($390,000.00), for the described real property: A tract of land lying in the Southwest (SW/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Two (2) West of the Indian Meridian Oklahoma County, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, described as follows;Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4); Thence North and parallel with the West Boundary line of said (SW/4) for a distance of 329.24 feet;Thence East and parallel to the South Boundary line of said (SW/4) for a distance of 60.00 feet; to the Point of Beginning;Thence North and parallel to the West Boundary line of said (SW/4) a distance of 330.00 feet;Thence East and parallel to the South Boundary line of said (SW/4) a distance of 268.77’ feet; Thence South and parallel to the West Boundary line of said (SW/4) a distance of 330.00’ feet; Thence West and parallel to the South Boundary line of said (SW/4) a distance of 268.80’ feet to the Point of Beginning.
