Discussion and possible action regarding a Service Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Oklahoma County, for the purposes of providing non-residential services to non-adjudicated and adjudicated juvenile offenders in a comprehensive program designed to meet the identified needs of the youth in accordance with Oklahoma State Law. This is at no cost to the County. This agreement shall be effective September 2024 or date of final execution through June 30, 2025. Requested by Hannah Dix, Oklahoma County Juvenile Director and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA.
