The applicant proposes to change the zoning to develop a residential subdivision on approximately 96.51 acres. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting on September 19, 2024. The property is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of NW 234th St. and MacArthur Blvd. (County Highway District #3).
