Discussion and possible regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the City of Nichols Hills and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of a portion of roads belonging to the Municipality, located at Bedford Drive, between Kingsbury Lane and Drury Lane. The total estimated project is $164,504.65, but not to exceed $170,000. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all materials in an amount not to exceed $83,474.60. This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on December 31, 2024.
