This final plat (FP-2024-06) was approved by the Planning Commission on September 19, 2024. The plat consists of fourteen (14) lots that encompass approximately eighteen and three tenths (18.31) acres. The subject property is located .19 miles north of NE 63rd St. on the east side of Harrah Rd. in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
