Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2024-4469, to transfer surplus equipment from the inventory of Oklahoma County Highway District #3 to the City of Choctaw in accordance with the provisions set forth in Title 19 Section 421.2. Although not required, the City of Choctaw has agreed to pay a sum of $60,000.00 upon approval of transfer. One (1) 2019 Schwarze Pothole Patcher, Model No. K370, s/n 3BKJHM7X8HF581404, acquired 12/09/2015 from Frontier Equipment, PO Box 680114, Yukon, OK 73085 for $180,000.00
