Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2024-4467 accepting the Final Plat of Cardinal Acres as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat (FP-2024-09) was approved by the Planning Commission on August 15, 2024. The plat consists of two (2) lots that encompass approximately seven and seven tenths (7.71) acres. The subject property is located .28 miles east of Henney Rd. on the north side of SE 29th St. in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
