This final plat (FP-2024-09) was approved by the Planning Commission on August 15, 2024. The plat consists of two (2) lots that encompass approximately seven and seven tenths (7.71) acres. The subject property is located .28 miles east of Henney Rd. on the north side of SE 29th St. in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
