Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2024-4441, to transfer surplus equipment from the inventory of Oklahoma County Highway District #3 to Payne County in accordance with the provisions set forth in Title 19 Section 421.2. Although not required, Payne County has agreed to pay a sum of $90,000.00 upon approval of transfer. This resolution will rescind and replace the previous resolution No. 2024-4342.
