Discussion and possible action regarding BET making recommendations to the Budget Board regarding sources and amounts of revenue to be made available in the September Supplement to fund current and possible future MOUs with and between Oklahoma County, Oklahoma County Court Services, Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, Oklahoma County Detention Center, and The Education and Employment Ministries, per discussions and actions of the Budget Board at its August 29, 2024, meeting on agenda items 3, 4, and 5, related to pretrial release “support services” including, but not limited to, case management and supervision to pretrial releasees, including education opportunities, employment assistance, connection to substance abuse and mental health treatment, and case management services to assist releasees in navigating the judicial process.
