Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2024-3907 to release or not to release the Maintenance Bond (Road) (Bond # SUR 2327969) in the amount of $319,411.80 posted by the principal to assure maintenance for two (2) years after the acceptance of Addington Farms II Section II a residential subdivision. The project was satisfactorily completed and the maintenance term period has expired. The Principal is requesting that the bond be released. Location: Northwest corner of the intersection of NW 220th St. and Pennsylvania Ave., County Highway District #3.
