Discussion and possible action to approve a revised agreement between The City of Oklahoma City, The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust, and Oklahoma County for SHINE program services. This agreement shall commence on July 1, 2024, and terminate on June 30, 2025. Requested by Brian Maughan, Chairman of the Board and reviewed as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA.
