Discussion and possible action regarding the Lease Agreement between the BOCC of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, who agree to lease approximately 18,710 square feet of third floor space, located at 5905 N. Classen Court, Oklahoma City, OK 73118, to be used primarily as commercial office space at a rate of $9.70 per square foot. County will receive $15,123.92 per month. This Lease Agreement is effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Requested by Hannah Dix, Juvenile Bureau Director.
