Discussion and possible action to approve contract for services between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma and The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM). TEEM will perform community service supervision for the Oklahoma County SHINE program. This agreement shall commence on July 1, 2024, and terminate on June 30, 2025.
