Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution No. 2024-3179 to release or not to release the Maintenance Bond (Road) (Bond # SUR 2321219) in the amount of $319,034.80 posted by the principal to assure maintenance for two (2) years after the acceptance of Tuscan Estates II a residential subdivision. The project was satisfactorily completed and the maintenance term period has expired. The Principal is requesting that the bond be released. Location: A half-mile north of NW 220th St. on the east side of Rockwell Ave., County Highway District #3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
