James & Associates, P.C., to provide legal representation in Stacy Willis v James Newkirk, U.S.D.C. for the Western District, Case No. CIV-18-323-D. This contract shall commence on July 1, 2024, and terminate on June 30, 2025. The amount of the contract shall not exceed $50,000. Attached is Requisition No. 12500171-00.
