Discussion and possible action regarding the FY 2024-25 contract renewal with Standley Systems and the Board of County Commissioners from General Fund/Centralization MIS/IT (1001/2700). This is for the annual lease and maintenance on our Savin IM C3000 Printer/Scanner/Copier. This agreement is to be effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The total amount shall not exceed $2,012.64. Requisitions 12500175 and 12500176 have been issued to Standley Systems pending encumbrance of FY 2025 funds.
