Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2024-2581 accepting the Final Plat of Eden Acres as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat was approved by the Planning Commission on May 16, 2024. The plat consists of two (2) lots that encompass approximately seventeen (17) acres. The subject property is located .3 miles east of Hiwassee Rd. on the south side of Waterloo Rd. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
