Discussion and possible action to approve the contract between the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) and Oklahoma County for Rural Economic Action Plan Funds (REAP) for 2024 REAP grant E3-2024-12 in the amount of $95,000. Funding will be utilized to assist the Town of Luther with the maintenance of their sewer infrastructure with the acquisition of a new high-pressure jetter. This project will significantly improve the operation efficiency of their sewage treatment plant. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
