Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2024-1938 accepting the Final Plat of Coffee Creek as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat was approved by the Planning Commission on April 18, 2024. The plat consists of eight (8) lots that encompass approximately one-hundred and forty (140) acres. All lots are nine (9) acres or greater in size. The subject property is located on the northwest corner at the intersection of Dobbs Rd. and NE 220th St. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
