Discussion and possible action regarding a Mutual Agreement between Oklahoma County and the Choctaw-Nicoma Park School District pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 339(18) to assist the School, upon request, with reconstruction, improvement, repair or maintenance of property owned by the school district. This Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2024 and shall terminate on June 30, 2025. Requested by Carrie Blumert, Commissioner, District No. 1, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
