Discussion and possible action regarding a General Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and Oklahoma City Community College pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 339(18) to assist the School, upon request, with reconstruction, improvement, repair, or maintenance of property owned by the school district. This Agreement shall commence on July 1, 2024, and shall terminate on June 30, 2025. Approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, ADA. Requested by Brian Maughan, County Commissioner District 2, and Chairman of the Board.
