Discussion and possible action related to the application for federal funding through the U.S. Department of Labor, Pay for Success Initiative, announcing the availability of $6,000,000 in funding. This solicitation provides funding for performance-based, or outcomes-based contracting to improve reentry, reduce recidivism, and address the treatment and recovery needs of people with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders who are currently leaving incarceration.
