Discussion and possible action to appoint Butch Freeman to serve on the TIF Review Committee for the proposed Classen Corridor Revitalization Project Plan. The committee has the responsibility to consider eligibility of proposed tax increment finance districts and to review applications for projects requesting tax increment funding and make recommendations to the City Council. Requested by Brian Maughan, County Commissioner District 2, and Chairman of the Board.
