Discussion and possible action regarding a contract between the State of Oklahoma, on behalf of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OKDMHSAS) and Oklahoma CountyOklahoma pursuant to the county's proposal under Solicitation Number 4520011467, as Amended, for funding through the County Community Safety Investment Fund. Contract is effective upon signature by both parties and the issuance of a purchase order by OKDMHSAS and will terminate on June 30, 2024.
