Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2024-0950 adopting the Final Draft of Oklahoma County's revised Floodplain Regulation. The Floodplain Management Board approved the Final Draft in an open meeting on March 21, 2024 and recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve and adopt the revised Floodplain Regulation for the unincorporated areas of Oklahoma County. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres Assistant District Attorney.
