Discussion and possible action regarding a Specific Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Del City and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of Vickie Dr extending from SE 15th to SE 29th within the municipal boundaries of the City of Del City. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all material, labor, surveys, traffic control, subcontractors, and equipment in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Forty Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars and Thirty Cents ($140,693.30). This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2024. Approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
