Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2024-0630 accepting the Final Plat of Patnaude Hill as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat was approved by the Planning Commission on February 15, 2024. The plat consist of four (4) lots that encompass forty (40) acres. All lots are five (5) acres or greater in size. The subject property is located on the northeast corner at the intersection of Dobbs Rd. and Wilshire Blvd. in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
